How to Roll with Smoking Deluxe Medium Papers

1. Take a single leaf from the booklet with the gum strip facing you at the top, sticky side up. The paper is thin, so handle it by the edges — greasy fingers can cause uneven burning.
2. Place a cardboard filter tip at one end of the paper. This gives you something to hold and stops loose bits from pulling through.
3. Distribute your blend evenly along the crease of the paper, roughly 0.5–0.75g for a medium-sized roll. Spread it thinner near the filter and slightly fuller toward the far end.
4. Pinch the paper between your thumbs and index fingers. Roll back and forth gently to shape the contents into a cylinder. The flax paper has just enough grip to tuck without tearing.
5. Tuck the unglued edge of the paper around the blend, starting at the filter end. Roll upward toward the gum strip.
6. Lick the gum strip lightly — Arabic gum activates with minimal moisture. Seal from the filter end outward, pressing gently.
7. Pack the open end with a pen or similar tool, twist the tip closed, and you're done.
