The Storm Pen Sleeve is a neoprene carrying case designed to protect your Storm Vaporizer pen during transport and keep its exterior cool to the touch during use. If you've ever pulled a warm vaporizer out of your pocket and wished there was something between the housing and your fingers, this is the fix. The sleeve wraps snugly around the Storm pen body, holds the mouthpiece firmly so it won't pop loose in your bag, and unzips in one motion when you're ready for a session.
Neoprene is the same material used in wetsuits and laptop sleeves — it's flexible, lightly padded, and acts as a thermal buffer. That means the heat from your Storm's ceramic chamber doesn't transfer straight to your hand or your trouser pocket. It also adds a thin layer of shock protection against the everyday bumps of life in a rucksack or jacket pocket.
We've sold Storm Vaporizers for years, and the most common complaint isn't about vapour quality or battery life — it's about the pen getting warm during longer sessions. The neoprene sleeve addresses that directly. It sits around the body of the pen like a snug jacket, and because neoprene is a closed-cell foam, it insulates without adding bulk. You'll barely notice the extra thickness, but your fingers will notice the difference after a 5-minute draw session.
The zip runs along the full length of the sleeve. Pull it open, drop in the Storm pen with the mouthpiece attached, zip it shut. The mouthpiece stays locked in position — no more fishing around in your bag for a loose mouthpiece that's rolled under your keys. It's a small thing, but if you've ever had to clean pocket lint out of a mouthpiece opening, you know exactly why this matters.
One honest note: the sleeve is sized specifically for the Storm Vaporizer pen. It won't fit wider pen-style vapes or box mods. If you're using a different device, measure first — the Storm pen body is roughly 14mm in diameter. The sleeve has very little stretch beyond its intended fit.

Complete your Storm setup: if you haven't picked up spare Storm mouthpiece screens or a Storm bubbler mouthpiece, now's the time. The bubbler mouthpiece cools vapour through water filtration before it hits your lips — and yes, it still fits inside the pen sleeve when attached. Replacement screens keep airflow clean and are worth having a few spares of, especially if you vape daily.
Pen-style vaporizers heat up. That's not a design flaw — it's physics. A ceramic heating chamber sitting 2mm behind an aluminium shell will always warm the exterior during use. Most people deal with it by holding the pen gingerly or waiting between draws. The neoprene sleeve gives you a 3rd option: just use it normally without thinking about heat.
There's also the protection angle. We've seen more cracked vaporizer housings than we'd like to admit — usually from a 1-metre drop onto a tile floor. Neoprene won't save your Storm from a serious impact, but it absorbs the minor knocks that happen when your vape lives in a bag with keys, lighters, and whatever else you're carrying. The sleeve adds maybe 2mm of padding all round. That's enough to prevent the cosmetic scratches that make a 6-month-old vape look 3 years old.
And then there's the mouthpiece issue. The Storm pen mouthpiece fits well when you're using it, but in a pocket or bag it can work loose. Once it's off, the chamber opening is exposed to dust, lint, and moisture. The sleeve keeps the mouthpiece locked down, which means a cleaner chamber and less time spent with a brush and isopropyl alcohol.
We get asked whether the sleeve makes the Storm pen too bulky for a shirt pocket. Short answer: it adds about 3–4mm to the overall diameter. In a trouser pocket or jacket, you won't notice. In a tight shirt breast pocket, it might be a squeeze. Most customers who buy this use it for bag storage and on-the-go sessions rather than pocket carry — though it works for both.
The neoprene does pick up a faint scent over time if you vape aromatic herbs regularly. A quick wipe with a damp cloth sorts that out. We'd recommend doing that every week or two if you're a daily user. The material is durable — we've seen sleeves last well over a year of daily use without the zip failing or the neoprene splitting.
No — it's sized specifically for the Storm Vaporizer pen body. Other pen-style vapes with different diameters won't fit properly. If your device is roughly 14mm in diameter, it might work, but we'd only recommend it for the Storm.
Yes. Unzip the top section to expose the mouthpiece and power button, and you can use the Storm normally while the lower half stays protected. Many users prefer this approach during longer sessions.
Neoprene handles temperatures well above what the Storm pen exterior reaches. The sleeve acts as insulation, not a heat sink — it slows heat transfer rather than absorbing it. No melting, no degradation under normal use.
Wipe it down with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild soap solution and let it air dry completely before putting the vaporizer back in. Don't machine wash — the zip mechanism won't appreciate it.
Yes — that's one of its best features. The snug neoprene fit combined with the zip closure keeps the mouthpiece firmly attached to the pen body. We've never had a customer report the mouthpiece coming loose inside a zipped sleeve.
Neoprene is water-resistant, so it'll handle rain, splashes, and condensation without issue. It's not a sealed waterproof case though — the zip isn't watertight. Don't submerge it.
