The Vapman Concentrate Screen is a custom-fitted mesh sieve that transforms any Vapman vaporiser into a concentrate-compatible device. Designed and manufactured by Inhale — the Swiss makers of the Vapman — these screens sit inside the gold-plated copper bowl and hold hash, wax, budder, or shatter in place for full, even vaporisation. Two screens per pack, so you've always got a spare ready.

Complete your setup: these concentrate screens pair naturally with the Vapman Click by Inhale and the Honest Jet Lighter by Inhale. The lighter gives you the precise flame control the Vapman demands, and the Click itself is one of the best flame-powered vaporisers we carry for flavour-chasing. Already own a Vapman? Grab a spare lighter and you're sorted.
The Vapman's 18-karat gold-plated copper bowl is built for dry herb. It heats beautifully, distributes temperature evenly across the load, and extracts flavour like almost nothing else in this price range. But drop a piece of sticky wax directly onto that bowl and you've got a mess — concentrate melts through the standard screen, pools at the bottom, and half of it never vaporises properly. You end up with wasted material and a bowl that's a nightmare to clean.
That's the problem these concentrate screens solve. The mesh is wound far tighter than the standard Vapman screen, so even the gooiest shatter or the oiliest rosin stays put while the bowl heats it from below. The concentrate melts, spreads across the mesh, and vaporises completely instead of dripping away. We've seen customers go from losing a third of their concentrate to getting full, flavourful draws every time — just by swapping the screen.
The other reason to grab these: microdosing. The tight weave means you can load as little as 0.001 g of concentrate or dry herb and still get a consistent draw. That's a genuinely tiny amount — we're talking a speck — and the screen holds it in place rather than letting it fall through. If you're the type who prefers a light, controlled session over a heavy one, these screens make the Vapman one of the best microdosing tools available.
These screens are small and fiddly. If you've got big fingers, tweezers help when fitting them into the bowl. They're not fragile — the mesh holds up well — but they are tiny by nature because the Vapman bowl itself is compact. Take your time the first time you install one.
The standard screen that ships with every Vapman is designed for ground dry herb. It works brilliantly for that — open mesh, good airflow, easy to clean. But the gaps in the weave are too wide for concentrates. Anything sticky just melts straight through.
| Feature | Standard Vapman Screen | Concentrate Screen (this product) |
|---|---|---|
| Mesh tightness | Open weave — suits ground herb | Ultra-tight weave — holds sticky extracts |
| Best for | Dry herb (standard grind) | Hash, wax, budder, shatter, rosin, microdosing |
| Minimum load | ~0.01 g dry herb | As low as 0.001 g concentrate or herb |
| Airflow | Higher — looser mesh | Slightly restricted — tighter mesh |
| Cleaning | Quick brush-out | Isopropyl soak recommended |
Neither screen is better in absolute terms — they're built for different materials. We'd keep both on hand and swap depending on what you're loading. Takes about 10 seconds once you've done it a few times.
We've carried the Vapman since it first appeared in our catalogue, and it's always attracted a specific type of customer: someone who cares about taste above everything else. The gold-plated copper bowl isn't just for show — copper distributes heat more evenly than stainless steel, and the wok shape means the entire load gets the same temperature at the same time. No hot spots, no scorching on one side while the other stays cold. Add a concentrate screen and that same even heating applies to your extracts.
The Vapman is flame-powered, which means there's no battery, no circuit board, no temperature dial. You control the heat with your lighter and your timing. That's either a feature or a drawback depending on your personality. If you like ritual and hands-on control, you'll love it. If you want to press a button and inhale, look at the Mighty+ or a similar electronic unit instead. We sell both — no wrong answer, just different priorities.
Yes. These screens are custom-made by Inhale and fit every Vapman vaporiser — Classic, Pure, and Click. The bowl shape is identical across all models, so the screen drops right in.
Absolutely. The tighter mesh holds tiny amounts of finely ground herb that would fall through the standard screen. You can load as little as 0.001 g for an ultra-light session.
With regular cleaning in isopropyl alcohol, each screen lasts months of daily use. Residue build-up is the main enemy — soak them after every few sessions and they'll stay clear. The pack includes 2 screens, so you've got a backup.
Both are excellent. The Vapman with a concentrate screen is one of the most precise microdosing setups we've come across — the tiny bowl and tight mesh let you control doses down to a thousandth of a gram. The Lotus works differently (hot-air convection), but also handles small loads well.
The Vapman is flame-powered — no battery, no electronics, no charging. You heat the copper bowl with a jet lighter for about 3 seconds. This gives you direct control over temperature through technique rather than a digital display. The trade-off: there's a short learning curve. The reward: unmatched flavour from that gold-plated copper chamber.
Soak the screen in 90%+ isopropyl alcohol for 10–15 minutes. Stubborn residue loosens with a gentle brush. Rinse under warm water, air-dry completely, and it's ready to reuse. Don't use open flame to burn off residue — it can warp the fine mesh.
Yes. The ultra-tight mesh is specifically designed for the stickiest, oiliest extracts. Live rosin, full-melt bubble hash, budder, shatter — they all melt into the mesh and vaporise evenly across the heated bowl.
